Joseph is an associate focusing on securities and corporate law and advises Canadian business clients on various regulatory compliance and transactional matters.
He graduated from the Dual J.D. program at the University of Windsor. While in law school, he competed in and achieved national semi-finalist as the first Canadian law school entry in the 2017 LawMeets Transaction Law Competition, a corporate transactional competition with 84 participating teams from U.S. law schools.
Before law school, Joseph worked at a chartered bank as a mutual fund advisor and financial analyst after obtaining his undergraduate degree in Mathematics at the University of Waterloo. Joseph has passed the Level II exam of the CFA Program.
In his free time, Joseph is a hobbyist landscaper, electrician, and HVAC technician and enjoys playing racquet spots and watching re-runs of Columbo.
