Lauren is our corporate and securities law clerk based in Toronto. She specializes in incorporating and maintaining corporate records using her expertise in corporate management software. Lauren is also in charge of corporate filings including amending articles, amalgamating companies, and filing appropriate forms to update corporation information.
Prior to joining Corporate Counsel Lauren worked in the hospitality sector and now uses her years of experience to ensure our clients receive attentive and efficient assistance.
Lauren graduated from George Brown College and is a Licensed Paralegal with the Law Society of Ontario.
