Corporate Counsel was founded in 2015 with a vision of providing expertise in areas that were only traditionally serviced by large national law firms at exorbitant hourly rates.
We focus on corporate and securities law. We handle matters from incorporations and minute book maintenance up to multi-million dollar M&A exists or IPOs on stock exchanges. Our approach is lower hourly rates and fixed fees on most routine matters.
Since 2015 we have grown to six lawyers, two support staff and we are growing! We have over 1,000 client files and we have moved to an amazing new office in Vaughan to accommodate our rapid growth.
