Adam is an associate based out of the Miami office focusing on general corporate counseling, corporate transactions, and securities law. He has prepared management information circulars, operating agreements, corporate governance and formation documentation, and analyses under the U.S. Federal and state securities laws.
Prior to joining Corporate Counsel, Adam worked as an attorney with a law firm based in the District of Columbia. While there, he prepared SEC Investment Adviser Registration materials, private fund documentation, analyses under the Investment Company Act of 1940, various operating agreements and entity formation documents, and state securities or “Blue Sky” law reviews. Adam also conducted research for trademark litigation.
