Cynthia is a corporate and securities paralegal based out of the Miami office focusing on general corporate counseling, corporate transactions, and securities law.
Prior to joining Corporate Counsel, Cynthia worked as a paralegal with the State Attorney Office for the 7th District, and Bowman and Brooke in Civil Litigation Defense. She has a strong background in business law including helping companies incorporate and maintain their companies' filing requirements.
Cynthia received her Associate of Applied Science in Law from Daytona State College and is currently attending the University of Central Florida.
