John is a dynamic and seasoned executive with over 20 years of developing, evaluating, and executing on transformative growth opportunities, including 14 years as the General Counsel if Aastra Technologies Limited and 4 years as the EVP and General Counsel of Sangoma Technologies Corporation.
John has an extensive background in providing practical, business-oriented legal advice to help executives create shareholder value (including M&A, divestitures, financings and IPOs) and will leverage this expertise and experience for clients of the firm to achieve their business objectives.
